January TBR

Day 2 of 2019 and it’s time for me to try and plan my reading for the month ahead. Having a TBR in December really helped guide me through what I should pick up next, so I’ve decided to try and do a TBR for each month this year.

Every TBR will include at least one book for the Beat the Backlist Challenge (check out my TBR for that here).

January TBR:

January TBR

I’m currently reading Girls of Paper and Fire and absolutely loving it. The Curses is released tomorrow and I’ve pre-ordered it, so I cannot wait to read it. I’ve got A Quiet Kind of Thunder, Jinxed, This Mortal Coil and Ruin and Rising on loan from the library, so I need to return them soon. Devoted is another pre-order that comes out on 10th January and I really intend to read it soon after. Last, but definitely not least, I need to re-read Enchantée to complete my notes for my full review, which I hope to post before the end of the month.

Over To You:

What books are you hoping to read this month?

I’m crossing my fingers for you that you’ll love Ruin and Rising – I read the trilogy a few years ago and the second book was my favourite by far. Also really love A Quiet Kind of Thunder, so I’m rating this TBR very highly.
I’m hoping to read Pink Hair and Other Terrible Ideas this month, as my review is due on NetGalley, and will be joining you in reading Devoted, too. Good luck!

I’ve got Ruin and Rising, hoping to start it next week. I read A Quiet Kind of Thunder the other day and really liked it. Thanks for your lovely response and I hope we both enjoy Devoted!
