O.W.L.S/April TBR

As always, this will be a working document that I will update throughout the month to track my progress.

This month, I am also taking my O.W.L.S! The Magical Readathon was created by the amazing Book Roast and you can see her announcement video over at O.W.L.’s Magical Readathon 2019 Announcement. The task is to read a book that matches a certain prompt. If you finish the book, you earn whatever O.W.L. that prompt is associated with. I’m not sure which career I want, so I’m just going to try and pass as many O.W.L.S as possible!

O.W.L.S TBR:

  • Ancient Runes: Retelling: The Cold is in her Bones by Peternelle van Arsdale ✔️
  • Arthimancy: Work written by more than one author – Once & Future by Amy Rose Capetta and Cori McCarthy ✔️
  • Astronomy: Star in the title – See All The Stars by Kit Frick ✔️
  • Care of Magical Creatures: Land animal on the cover – Animal Farm by George Orwell ✔️
  • Charms: Age-line (adult) – Vengeful by V. E. Schwab ✔️
  • Defence Against The Dark Arts: Title beings with an R – Rayne & Delilah’s Midnite Matinee ✔️
  • Divination: Set in the future – Beauty Sleep by Kathryn Evans ✔️
  • HerbologyPlant on the cover – Kingdom of the Blazing Phoenix by Julie C Dao ✔️
  • History of Magic: Published at least 10 years ago – Five Little Pigs by Agatha Christie ✔️
  • Muggle Studies: Contemporary – The Boy Who Steals Houses by C.G.Drews ✔️
  • Potions: Sequel – The Everlasting Rose by Dhonielle Clayton ✔️
  • Transfiguration: Sprayed edges or red cover – The Devouring Gray by Christine Lynn Herman ✔️

Other books on my TBR:

  • Queen of Shadows by Sarah J Maas ✔️
  • Opposite of Always by Justin A Reynolds ✔️
  • The Cheerleaders by Kara Thomas ✔️
  • How to Make Friends with the Dark by Kathleen Glasgow ✔️

Are any of these books on your TBR?

As of the 24th April, I have completed this!
